Working at
BDO M&A is a broad transaction practice with two activities: Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Services. We assist in sale and purchase transactions and obtaining financing. We support restructurings and we conduct due diligence investigations and valuations.

With around 70 advisers, we are one of the largest M&A firms for SMEs and family businesses in the Netherlands.
