Constellation Cold Logistics S.a.r.l. acquires majority stake in Hendrik van Winkoop Beheer b.v. and its subsidiaries (Vrieshuis Lagemaat).

Constellation Cold Logstics S.a.r.l., associate of Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 2, has announced the acquisition of Vrieshuis Lagemaat. Vrieshuis Lagemaat operates in the cold storage and freezing sector and offers, among other things, fast freezing services. With this strategic acquisition, Constellation Cold Logistics expands its Dutch proposition. Together with Koel- en Vrieshuis Lintelo, a combined capacity of 120,000 pallet spaces is available in the Netherlands.
