Shares in van den Broek acquired

Since 1962, Van den Broek Logistics has been active in transport and warehousing of both food and non-food products. With approximately 150 employees, Van den Broek Logistics combines transport -, warehousing - and value added services into a One-Stop-Shop solution for its customers. With a modern fleet of more than 70 tractor units and 170 trailers and a warehouse of ~ 35,000 m2, Van den Broek Logistics takes care of its customers from A to Z.

Mr. Van Rooij acquired the share package of associate Mr. Van den Broek on March 31, making him a full shareholder in Van den Broek Logistics. Mr. Van Rooij had been with the company for more than 26 years, during which time he worked his way up to director and co-owner. A path that eventually led to this share transfer.

Both shareholders have chosen to secure the future internally. By doing so, Van den Broek Logistics secures their current service, quality and flexibility and will continue unabated to relieve their clients throughout the logistics chain with their own people and resources.
