In July 2023, SPA Capital Capital acquired a minority interest in The Flagstone Company and Clementi Vuurovens. SPA Capital will further support the company in realizing the international growth ambitions of The Flagstone Company as the specialist in natural stone products for both in and around the home. In addition, SPA Capital will also support Clementi Vuurovens in its planned growth ambitions, particularly around natural stone pizza ovens.
