MKB Fonds acquires PropertyView through its Property Management Services Group cluster

On April 4, MKB Fonds, through its cluster Property Management Services Group, made a new transaction in the property management industry, by acquiring PropertyView of Haarlem.

About PropertyView

PropertyView is a commercial property management company focused on technical and financial management and is based in Haarlem. The company was founded in 2002, making it one of the longest standing independent property managers focusing on financial and technical management for professional property managers. PropertyView's portfolio consists mainly of offices, industrial spaces, stores and shopping centers, catering facilities and social real estate for a number of loyal and reputable (listed) clients. The company employs approximately 85 staff, from two offices in Rosmalen (technical management) and Haarlem (financial management). In addition, the company makes use of several flex offices at clients, among others, with which PropertyView has national coverage.
