Description

German investment group Deutsche Private Equity ('DPE') is expanding further in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Oranjedak. Last year, DPE gained a foothold in the Dutch market by acquiring the roofing company Erdo, with group sales of over €65 million and over 500 employees. The acquisition of Oranjedak is a logical next step in the strategy to further strengthen the position of its roofing activities in the Benelux.
