Van Dijk Metaal is a family business founded in 1986 and has been active in the metal sector as a metal worker ever since. The core business consists mainly of the machining of metals (steel, aluminum).

The company has a modern machine park and works closely with clients with whom long-standing relationships exist.

The company adds value for clients by producing customized and high-quality products that can be delivered at short notice. To profitably produce such custom steel and aluminum products, VDM has a modern machine park and specialized knowledge.

In December 2021, the next generation acquired the shares from the existing shareholders. The new shareholders had already been involved with the Company in (managerial) positions for a long time, and during that time have mastered the management of the Company, which ultimately resulted in this share transfer.

Both shareholders chose to secure the future internally. In this way, Van Dijk Metaal is safeguarding their current service, quality and flexibility, and will continue unabated in their efforts to relieve their clients with their own people and resources.
