NewPort Capital new partner Cantorclin

Cantorclin Holding B.V. (together with its subsidiaries "Cantorclin" or "the company"), a nationwide - top 10 - cleaning organization focusing primarily on regular cleaning for SME clients and clean room cleaning, announces that it has entered into a partnership with NewPort Capital ("NewPort").

With the entry of NewPort as investor, Cantorclin will be able to accelerate its ambitious growth strategy and further expand and strengthen its position in the various end markets. DGA and Managing Director Peter Kram, together with the other members of the management team, will continue to manage Cantorclin.

Accelerated growth through acquisitions

Cantorclin has a rich history and has its origins in Pothof Schoonmaak, founded in Meppel in 1960. Under the entrepreneurship of Peter Kram, who has been involved in the business since 1997, the company has continued to develop into a top-10 player in the Dutch market. Cantorclin has also been active in the specialized cleaning of clean rooms since 2001 and, with various in-house specialists and its own training facilities, is now a pioneer in this specific niche within the cleaning industry.
