Reducate acquires THAR and LearnLet

Reducate Edtech Group is acquiring THAR and LearnLet. As a result, the e-learning provider grows to 175 employees and an annual turnover of 23 million euros. With the acquisition, the group now serves more than 100,000 customers in forty different target groups.

Breda e-learning company THAR focuses on learning solutions for practical employees in transport and logistics. LearnLet is a Danish training provider specializing in online continuing education for teachers. These are the first deals after Reducate Edtech Group acquired industry peer E-learning Made Easy (EME) last year.
