Fivespark acquires Use IT

Pride Capital Partners has announced that Fivespark, a full-service provider based in Amstelveen, has acquired Use IT as part of their long-term growth strategy.

Use IT's services include workplace management, hosting and connectivity. Fivespark is a full-service provider offering a total solution of managed services, software development, connectivity, hardware and adoption. Fivespark's customers are primarily large SMB businesses, non-profit organizations and corporates. The ICT service provider is an official partner of KPN, VodafoneZiggo and Microsoft, among others. Fivespark is supported by Pride Capital Partners in realizing their growth ambitions and expects to make more acquisitions in the near future.

The Use IT team, consisting of 20 employees, manages thousands of workstations and is known for their high-quality and proactive service in the field of ICT. Use IT's entire team and associated knowledge and expertise will be retained following the acquisition. The name Use IT will continue to exist.
