Cleanroom Combination Group has partnered with Craft Capital

CCG, based in Bergeijk, provides a wide range of cleanroom-related services, making its concept a "one-stop shop" for its customers. The business focuses on the top end of the market and serves a variety of customers in a number of fast-growing markets: healthcare, pharma/biotech, high-tech industry and laboratories.

As of February 23, 2023, Craft Capital has acquired a majority stake in CCG and ING will co-finance the partnership. The executive team will also participate in CCG. Gerrit has transferred day-to-day management to Michiel van Kooten (CEO) and Walter van Giersbergen (CFO). Gerrit will remain involved as strategic adviser and shareholder.
