Heemskerk Flowers, the Rijnsburg wholesaler of flowers and plants, realizes a new financing arrangement to support its growth strategy. With the refinancing of current debt as well as a financing extension, the company's financing structure is simplified and a longer-term commitment is created to support future growth and strategy.

This family business was founded in 1961 and has since operated as a wholesaler of flowers and plants in more than 45 countries. The Company already had a long-standing relationship with its house bank, however this resulted in a multitude of different financing products and there was a desire to realize a complete refinancing as well as expansion of the financing.
