Norwegian software company Visma has acquired Eindhoven-based industry peer Reliforce

Reliforce's Secure Digital Dossier (VDD) provides software for policy administration around absenteeism, but proxy insurers are increasingly asking for software support for the actual absenteeism management they offer as an extra service. Under Visma's wing, Reliforce is teaming up with Visma Verzuim to offer proxy offices a total solution for policy administration and absence management. This will give proxy offices better support for their absence services so that they can reduce the length of time policyholders are absent.
