Provider of accounting software and services for ZZP' ers Kees de Boekhouder from Amsterdam and investment company Vortex Capital Partners are closing a partnership to further build together the national go-to brand of accounting services for entrepreneurs.

BDO M&A and BDO Legal guided the transaction by performing the financial, tax and labor law due diligence. Also, the BDO Debt Advisory team of BDO M&A, guided Vortex and Kees de Boekhouder in obtaining the transaction financing.

The financing is originated by Rabobank and has competitive terms and rates. The financing structure has flexibility and room built into it for the future growth strategy of the company.
