Crawford & Company, the world's largest, publicly traded, independent provider of loss assessment and claims management services solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of BosBoon, a specialized loss assessment firm based in the Netherlands.

This acquisition supports Crawford's strategic goal of strengthening its market position in all areas in which Crawford operates. BosBoon has built an excellent reputation over the last 20 years in a number of areas of expertise, which very well complements Crawford's current services in the higher "GTS" segment, both in the Netherlands and abroad.

BosBoon is an independent loss assessment firm with offices in Eindhoven and Amsterdam, with significant expertise in Liability, CAR, Technical Varia and Personal Injury, as well as Marine, Property and TPA. The acquisition is a very good complement to Crawford's current provision of loss assessment and TPA services in the Netherlands and within Europe.
