Visma Nederland B.V. acquires Rompslomp.nl B.V.

Description

Visma has strengthened its portfolio with the acquisition of Rompslomp. Rompslomp is an online accounting software program that focuses on freelancers and zzp'ers. Rompslomp was founded in 2015 and originated from the need for a simple accounting package. From that thought, the two founders developed Rompslomp.nl. BDO TAS assisted Visma by performing the financial due diligence.
