Haarlem software vendor Monitored Rehab systems is becoming part of Health Cloud Initiative.

Through a buy-and-build strategy, Health Cloud Initiative is building a group focused on the mental health and paramedical care sectors to unburden these sectors through software solutions.

BDO M&A and BDO Legal guided the transaction by performing the financial and tax due diligence. BDO Debt Advisory assisted Vortex Capital Partners and Health Cloud Initiative in obtaining the transaction financing.

About Monitored Rehab Systems

Monitored Rehab Systems was founded in 1999 with the goal of supporting physical therapists in measuring, administering and improving treatments. It did this initially by developing rehabilitation equipment. In 2003, it started developing software solutions under the name FysioRoadmap. This software solution helps physical therapists with diary management, record keeping and expense claims.
