BDO assists Enovation in its acquisition of Zaurus

This strategic addition enhances Enovation's product offering and strengthens its positioning as a leading international SaaS vendor in Europe. The business, which has been backed by software investor Main Capital Partners since 2018, is making its sixth acquisition with Zaurus.

After its establishment in 2018, Zaurus has positioned itself as an innovative provider of digital meeting rooms within the Dutch market. The business offers a total SaaS solution as an alternative to traditional physical consulting rooms. This allows healthcare professionals to easily and securely deliver care remotely. Zaurus thus plays an important role in reducing the number of physical consultations in healthcare. With this, Enovation offers a solution to better cope with the tight labor market and rising costs in the healthcare sector.
