Mparts becomes part of the BIBUS group

Description

Mparts has joined Swiss family business BIBUS Holding AG by selling a majority stake to BIBUS. In addition, Mparts' shareholder has taken a minority stake in the Dutch branch of BIBUS Romicon. From the Lisse location, Mparts will continue to operate independently and will cooperate intensively with BIBUS Romicon.

Mparts specializes in consulting, supply and installation of technologically advanced industrial components and solutions.

BIBUS employs about 1,100 people across 33 businesses in 24 countries worldwide. The technology division of BIBUS Holding AG is active in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, mechatronics and environmental technology. It also has a materials division and an electronics division. This consolidation significantly expands Mparts' existing product range.
