Description

Mijnwebwinkel is an e-commerce platform that allows SME businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium to quickly and easily set up a webshop.

The software is available in Dutch, French and English. Tens of thousands of entrepreneurs sell products and services through Mijnwebwinkel, which was founded in 2005. The platform processes many thousands of orders daily, generating some 300 million euros in revenue per year. Mijnwebwinkel employs 35 people.

The acquisition is interesting for Visma because Mijnwebwinkel forms a good combination with its accounting software and inventory management software. This allows small business owners to benefit from a complete user-friendly and accessible e-commerce platform including accounting and inventory management.
