From January 3, 2022, Wissenraet Van Spaendonck and Atrium Group will join forces. With the aim of increasing added value for clients and strengthening their position in the market. Through the merger, knowledge, expertise and networks will be bundled. This leads to synergy in the areas of quality, innovation and products with unprecedented development potential as a result.

Atrium Group, like Wissenraet Van Spaendonck, will become part of the Van Spaendonck Group. Jan van der Reest of Atrium Group will remain closely involved with the organization in the role of director of innovation and business development within Wissenraet Van Spaendonck.
