Land Forest expands portfolio with purchase of RVS Palace

Participation company Landwoud acquires the shares of RVS Paleis, the leading wholesaler of RVS fasteners in the Netherlands and Belgium. BDO M&A assisted the shareholders in the sale.

Investing in further growth

RVS Paleis was founded in 2021 and from an office in Geleen, the company operates as an online seller of RVS fasteners. The acquisition will support the organization, partly from Landwoud's own external services organization, in realizing further (inter)national growth.
