Vering International acquires majority stake in Lengkeek damage assessment and valuation

Vering International, part of the French Adenes group, has announced the strategic acquisition of Lengkeek BV, which operates in the areas of Damage Expertise (property, CAR, engineering and liability) and Appraisals, Inspections, Building Surveys and coordination of in-kind damage repairs. Lengkeek will become part of Vering International. Vering International and Lengkeek have very similar cultures. The acquisition does not affect Lengkeek's organization, management, employees or offices. The Lengkeek name will also be retained. Lengkeek will become part of Vering International.
