Main Capital Partners has announced the acquisition of the Dutch specialist in document creation software, Xential. This partnership is designed to jointly accelerate Xential's (international) growth. Led by the management team and supported by Main's expertise, Xential will strengthen its market position and expand its product portfolio to provide even more added value to customers and partners. Intended goal of Xential's progress under the wings of Main is to accelerate its growth strategy. This follows in part from forming strategic combinations with other businesses. Among other things, this will lead to an expansion of the product range. Furthermore, relevant (new) markets will be explored.
Xential, founded in 2009, offers businesses with its software a solution to centrally and easily create documents and integrate them with other applications. This allows company data and templates to be put into documents and the company's house style to be monitored. Customers themselves can manage their corporate identity centrally. The business has become part of Main Capital Partners, a strategic investor with an exclusive focus on the software sector.
Main Capital Partners is a strategic investor with a specialized focus on Saas and software companies in the Benelux, DACH and Nordics regions, as well as the United States. With a team of more than 60 professionals, they currently have more than 40 stakes in successful Saas businesses and manage more than EUR 2.2 billion in capital. In recent years they have successfully completed more than 150 transactions and realized about 20 highly successful (international) strategic sales.
