Visma, Europe's leader in cloud software, is acquiring OutSmart. OutSmart is a SaaS scale-up that develops field service management software for small and medium-sized businesses.

OutSmart was founded in the Netherlands and also operates in Belgium, Germany and Portugal. Joining Visma will allow OutSmart to accelerate its growth ambitions.
