De Beer Group has acquired the Oud-Beijerland injection molder AllinPlast Kunststoffenindustrie B.V.
AllinPlast is a business with 31 injection molding machines and its own mold shop that ranks among the medium-sized injection molding companies in the Netherlands. It focuses on the production of high-quality technical plastic products.
The acquisition of AllinPlast is an important step in broadening De Beer's geographic presence. Although De Beer has its origins and headquarters in the Netherlands, until now its plastics activities were based and mainly focused on Germany.
For AllinPlast, this acquisition is also an opportunity to increase its production capacity. A number of AllinPlast's customers were growing so fast that AllinPlast's plant was threatening to run into its limits. With now collectively over 90 injection molding machines, 240 employees and its own mold making facilities at each location, De Beer Group has sufficient capacity and technical capabilities to accommodate this growth.
With its existing two German injection molding companies De Beer Beoplast GmbH and De Beer Breidenbach GmbH, De Beer Group now forms a leading player in the plastics industry with AllinPlast. By the end of 2022, De Beer Group will also commission its new CO2-neutral and emission-free plant in Linsengericht (DE).
BDO M&A and BDO Legal advised De Beer Group shareholders on the purchase.
