Newport Capital acquires PPC

Description

Plinths & Profielen Centrale B.V. ("PPC"), a leading and nationally operating wholesale organization in hard flooring and related products, announces that it will enter into a partnership - after approval by the Authority Consumer and Market - with NewPort Capital ("NewPort"). The entry of NewPort as an investor will allow PPC to further expand and strengthen its position with the Dutch offline and online flooring specialist and wider home furnishing industry. Shareholders and board members Lisa and Peter Klaassen, together with the other members of the management team, will continue to manage PPC.
