BDO M&A assisted Visma with the acquisition of iASSET

iASSET will continue under the Visma flag, strengthening its position in the Benelux.

iASSET and Visma join forces. As of today, iASSET will continue as an independent brand under the Visma flag. Visma has grown strongly in recent years in the Dutch market and now has revenues in excess of €350 million and employs over 2,500 people in the Benelux. With the acquisition of iASSET, Visma continues its advance in the Netherlands and strengthens its position in the European market. Visma is a European leader in cloud business solutions.

iASSET will join Visma's Custom Solutions Division alongside Visma Connect, Visma Roxit, Visma Visma Circle and Khonraad, and will strengthen Visma's e-government presence in the Benelux region.

iASSET, under its current name, continues its business activities as an independent organization, under the same management. As part of the Visma family, iAsset will work closely with Visma Roxit and will collaborate with other Visma businesses in the (semi-)government ecosystem.
