TriMas Corporation acquires Aarts Packaging

TriMas Corporation has acquired Aarts Packaging, a leading player in the field of luxury packaging. The acquisition of Aarts Packaging expands TriMas' position in the European packaging market.

About Aarts Packaging

Aarts Packaging, founded in 1943 and based in Waalwijk, is an innovative producer of plastic packaging in the cosmetics and luxury markets. It also produces packaging for the food industry. In 2019, Berk Partners joined as a co-shareholder to work with owner Rob Geurtz to take the business to the next level. Aarts has since entered the French market, which has been a reason for the successful sale.
