Alexander Boissevain of AenF Partners has been named Takeover Advisor of the Year. Together with Friso Kuipers he founded his own M&A boutique in 2005: AenF Partners. Boissevain supports every phase of a merger or acquisition, from strategic and financial analysis to valuations and negotiations.
A new award at the Merger & Acquisition Awards is that for the Young Acquisition Advisor of the Year. Marko Iskić of Marktlink Mergers & Acquisitions has the scoop for this title. He is still the youngest M&A Manager at Marktlink.

He has approximately 20 years of experience in the transaction practice and works for the business community at home and abroad and has specific experience in the food, ICT, agri, transport, construction and (cleantech) industry sectors.

Crossminds was named Acquisition Office of the Year in the Large category . What started with an acquisition office of two employees has grown in twenty years to a team of 25. Crossminds was involved in the sale of soccer club NAC Breda this year.
In the Medium category, this year's Takeover Office of the Year award went again to Adagium. The takeover office from Brabant assisted entrepreneurs Jan and Thijs Aldenhuijsen of family business Bacu with the takeover of HEMA Bakeries.
GoFastForward from Amsterdam won Takeover Office of the Year in the Small category. GoFastForward helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses (faster), also through mergers and acquisitions.
The award for Investment Company of the Year was won by Synergia Capital Partners. Synergia stepped into Van der Arend Tropical Plantcenter this year and experienced three exits from ConDoor Solutions, The Human Network and Quint Wellington Redwood.
The Merger & Acquisition Awards are an initiative of acquisition platforms Brookz and Dealsuite. A record 123 advisers, acquisition firms and investment companies participated in this 7th edition of the Merger & Acquisition Awards this year. A total of nearly 10,000 votes were cast by peers, clients and business associates.
