Infra, recycling and industrial company

I am looking for a medium-sized business (indicative €0.5-5 million revenue) in the infra, industrial, manufacturing, recycling or circular sector, preferably with a clear operational core and growth potential located in the West & Central Netherlands region. My preference is for a business with:

• Solid market position and technical or operational expertise;
• An owner or shareholder looking to retire (partially);
• Issues of strategic focus, professionalization, succession or scale-up.

Family businesses and DGA structures particularly appeal to me, especially when continuity, culture and long-term value are key.
