Ideal profile
The buyer is looking for a business that meets the following criteria:

• Dutch manufacturing company with its own product or brand
• B2B focus with an international component or the potential to scale internationally
• Preferably located within an hour’s drive of Amsterdam; exceptions may be made for the right opportunity
• EBITDA between €400k and €750k
• Company size of 20 to 50 employees with an existing management team
• Preference for a 100% acquisition of the shares; a majority stake is negotiable
• Proven customer base
• Owner-managed company where the current owner is seeking an exit or a sale
• No significant capital investments required in the short term
