Continuity for Technical Businesses

Two experienced business successors—a prospective managing director (MD profile) and a prospective chief financial officer (CFO profile)—are looking for a company with a sole proprietor who is seeking an external successor.

Desired profile
Revenue between €5 million and €20 million; profit is not a deciding factor. Preference is given to a company located in the central or western Netherlands and to a B2B business, possibly in combination with B2C.

Sector Focus
The focus is on technical SMEs within the manufacturing industry, electrical engineering, installation engineering, and industrial services, whether project-driven or not. This includes businesses active in mechanical engineering, metalworking, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance and service, interior construction, and project design. Businesses involved in the energy transition, recycling, and the circular economy are also part of the target group.
