Businesses with recurring or contract-based revenue

We are looking for one healthy, established small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) to acquire in a succession or retirement scenario. Preference is given to businesses with recurring or contractual revenue: facility services and maintenance, installed-base services (technical management, maintenance contracts), or niche B2B wholesale. Revenue of €0.8–1.3 million, healthy and stable profitability, business (B2B) customers, throughout the Netherlands.

We are looking for a business that is manager-run or whose owner is willing to bridge a transition period of 1–2 years. Our goal is long-term continuity—preserving the business, its name, its staff, and its customers. No breakups or short-term resales.
