Manufacturing or wholesale business

For a hands-on investor, we are looking for an SME eager to enter a growth phase.

The current owner does not get this sufficiently realized at the moment, but wants to realize this together with an investor over the next 3-5 years. After those years, the investor is willing to take over the company completely, together with the management or possibly a Management-buy-in candidate. This may therefore include companies that do not yet have a successor.

Preference is given to manufacturing companies or wholesalers in the B2B market. The product knowledge must be present within the company. The investor will also accept a minority stake.
