In doing so, they deliberately position themselves between private equity investors and management buy-in as a safe option, balancing a financial exit for the owner, respect for the businesses built up and continuity for the team going forward.

Method
They invest only in healthy businesses with growth potential and have no plans to sell the businesses after a few years. The focus is on long-term value creation from which the exiting owners can benefit.
