GWW concrete company

Due to expansion of our activities, we are looking for a business which is active in the production and/or sales of concrete elements for the Dutch infra/GWW market.

Details
The scope of companies we are looking at is quite broad. Ideally, the business makes products between 0 and 3 tons kg per element. The business to be acquired does a minimum annual volume of 2,000 tons kg to a maximum of 10,000 tons.

Opportunities
The business to be acquired preferably has its own product range in a niche, but a variety of products or subcontract manufacturing is also allowed. Another possibility is the acquisition of a business without its own production, but which is only active in the sale of concrete products.
