Technical wholesaler, possibly supplemented with production/assembly activities. Preferably with strong brands and private label, no price fighter. Possibly (underexposed) e-commerce activities. SME company with proven track record and future-proof revenue model; healthy business with stable cash flow. Business is scalable and on the eve of a new growth phase (organic and/or through acquisitions).

Independent middle layer and/or current owner will remain (partially) after acquisition. Business is looking for reinforcement to continue to grow and is open to working with an experienced, successful entrepreneur, who wants to help build and is involved part-time.
