Logistics service provider

The business sought is a solid logistics service provider (transport / forwarding / forwarding) in the Randstad, with revenues between €15-25 million and an EBITDA margin of at least 10%. Preference will be given to businesses with international trade flows and a business model that does not rely exclusively on direct shippers, but rather contains elements of forwarding/expedition. The fleet should be in good condition without significant investment arrears and the management should be able to continue the operation independently after acquisition.

Furthermore, we are looking for a company that lends itself to further professionalization, digitization and commercial scaling. It is an advantage if there is room to strengthen or expand a forwarding/trading office and if the business has the potential to eventually move towards a more "asset-light" model. International relations and clear internal structures regarding personnel, contract spread and risks are important conditions for a good match.
