Our client, is looking to expand through buy and build in the HR sector. Specifically, it concerns temporary employment agencies, payroll companies and recruitment and selection companies in the region of North and South Holland and North Brabant.

Target realizes annual sales of between 4 and 8M, with a healthy profit. Interesting for owner-managers who do not have a successor or parties seeking to join a larger entity, in order to be able to offer a more extensive range of services, to have a more solid back office behind them and thus to benefit from scale and guarantee continuity.

The sectors of interest range from logistics and distribution to security and technically oriented businesses.
