Entrepreneur/commercial growth accelerator seeks participation in technical SME company

We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate for a participation or MBI opportunity within a technical SME, with a clear focus on the manufacturing industry. Preference is given to businesses with revenues between €1 and €5 million and a size of approximately 10-20 FTE. Preferably these are companies with a strong technical product and less emphasis on purely technical services.

Specifics
We are looking for situations where an entrepreneur wants to downsize or step back in time, and where our candidate can work with existing management or the entrepreneur himself. The South Holland region is preferred.

The ideal situation concerns a company with a solid foundation, where there are still clear commercial growth opportunities. Think of organizations that currently operate mainly reactively and want to make the step to a more proactive commercial strategy.
