Develop and manage charging station & charging plaza projects

For our client we are looking for a business active in developing, managing and possibly additionally installing charging stations at charging plazas. Company is already active in green energy market and has charging station and charging plaza positions itself. We are looking for synergy with a strategic party. This party preferably has an active (own) platform for managing charging station locations.

Through collaboration with strategic party, buyer wants to accelerate growth reciprocally. The party we are looking for is active with customers such as businesses, hotels, restaurants, golf courses, shopping centers, locations near freeway exits, government projects (public tenders). In addition, party has its own software platform for managing them. We would like to get in touch with such parties.
