In addition, companies specializing in online marketing are of interest, with a combination with branding being especially attractive.

The ideal candidate has a size of approximately 10-15 FTE and an EBITDA between €100,000 and €250,000. Preference will be given to businesses based in South Holland, Northwest Netherlands or Utrecht, but locations outside these areas are not excluded in advance. Preferably a complete (100%) buy-out of the current shareholders or a majority stake will be realized, offering employees and customers a trusted, stable environment with continuity and personal attention.
