I am looking for a healthy SME business in Central Netherlands as a first step in a buy-and-build strategy. Preference is given to companies within installation, technical property management or niche logistics (such as distribution, service & maintenance or technical inspections).

Important criteria

• EBITDA from €200K
• Minimum 5 fte
• B2B customers, stable revenue
• No seasonal or capital-intensive activities

Objective is to take over the business, carefully transfer it and then build on it in a focused way. After the initial acquisition, further growth will be financed through external investors.
