Investor for e-commerce, B2B and wholesale

The investment group focuses on acquiring or participating in existing companies within e-commerce, wholesale and B2B. The focus is on businesses with demonstrable revenue, a working organization and an existing customer base.

Investment criteria
The investment group is particularly looking for companies with a scalable (B2B) model and room for optimization, e.g. operational inefficiencies or in a transition/transition situation. Preference is given to:

• Revenue generating businesses (no startups);
• Strong B2B position or scalable e-commerce;
• 10-50 employees;
• Based in the Netherlands or operating internationally.

Transaction and speed
The investment group is flexible in transaction format (full acquisition, majority stake or strategic investment) and can move quickly on serious propositions.
