We are looking for a business active in the financial consulting sector, with experience in business acquisitions, business optimization and/or HR services. Ideally, the activities will focus on SMEs, with a strong focus on family businesses. This fits well with our current services and vision.

The business should preferably be located in the central Netherlands, or flexible in terms of location, depending on the business model. We are interested in businesses with a proven track record, a solid customer portfolio and the ability to further optimize their products or services.

Other information
The purpose of the acquisition is not only to maintain and expand existing client relationships, but also to provide opportunities for cross-selling and expanding our services. We are looking for businesses with strong processes, experienced employees and a well-oiled organization.
