Accountancy firm or administration office

On behalf of a client, we are looking for Accountants and Administration offices in the East and Northeast region of the Netherlands. These may be smaller offices, but they must be able to fit into existing branches. If an office can operate as an independent branch, possibly with additional support from headquarters, then acquisition is certainly negotiable.

Partial acquisition of shares/company is appreciated in order to allow the seller to remain involved in and further participate in the expansion of the firm. However, full acquisition is also negotiable.

Commitment of several years from the seller is not always made a condition, but it does make an acquisition more likely.
