Administration Office

We are looking for an administrative office to acquire, preferably with a stable client portfolio and recurring revenue. Our focus is on smaller to medium-sized offices whose owners want to partially wind down, retire or are looking for succession. Continuity for clients and employees is very important to us and we take a clear long-term view.

The office may be location-based, but a (partially) digital or flexible working model is our preference. Both independent administrative office owners and smaller accounting practices are eligible. After acquisition, we will carefully continue the firm, respecting existing relationships while optimizing processes, improving automation and further professionalizing services where possible.

Discretion goes without saying. A gradual transfer or involvement of the current owner after acquisition is possible.
