Associate Partner M&A(Rotterdam)

The organization is a fast growing player in the M&A market and is looking for an experienced corporate finance professional for a leading role within the Rotterdam office. The Associate Partner is responsible for independently acquiring, supervising and completing M&A transactions and corporate finance projects, as well as building up his/her own client portfolio and managing project teams.

Responsibilities
The Associate Partner is responsible for:

• Independent acquisition, supervision and completion of M&A transactions and related corporate finance processes.
• Building and maintaining your own network of clients and prospects
• Managing project teams and coaching junior and medior colleagues
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the Rotterdam office, with the ambition to take the lead

Profile candidate
The organization is looking for an experienced corporate finance professional (35-50 years) who:

• At least 8 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance or a similar role.
• Has a proven track record in closing deals and building client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, self-starting and enjoys working together in a team.
• Based in (the surroundings of) Rotterdam. Existing local network a plus, ambition to build this (further) a must.
• Has the ambition to play a leading role and further expand our firm.
