Manufacturing and/or trading company in outside segment

For some experienced entrepreneurs, we are looking for stand-alone company(s) for acquisition. Active in the (wholesale) trade of consumer goods in sports/recreation in the outdoor segment. Trading activities are preferably complemented by production, assembly of physical end product(s). The company sought is therefore preferably also active in the manufacturing industry, possibly but not exclusively within the outdoor segment. The manufacturing and/or trading company has a physical location with possibilities for physical expansion at the current location. This could include timber trade or outdoor products (e.g. garden furniture). The entrepreneurs are open to companies that already sell (in part) via e-commerce, but this is not a requirement. However, there should be potential to expand this branch further. No interest in in full focus on retail e-commerce.
